Hi, I'm Alissa, a 5th year Engineering Physics student with a minor in Entrepreneurship at the University of British Columbia, on track for May 2026 graduation.
I would consider myself as a jack of all trades as I have held mechanical, electrical, software, and entrepreneurial roles in various engineering projects.
As the saying goes, "Jack of all trades, master of none, better than a master of one."
In my spare time, I like taking photos, both digital and film. I also enjoy sunsets and travelling!
Last year, I added 13 new cities while on co-op, only using weekends, public holidays and the bimonthly vacation day.
I have gotten very good at sleeping on different modes of transportation and overnight at the airport to maximize my travel time without impeding on my work schedule 😵
I am also an avid baker, who will sometimes make enough sweet treats for the whole office if I'm in a good mood, so be on the lookout👀!
